Homes, rentals and businesses across the Greater Toronto Area: Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Toronto, Vaughan and Oakville. Add your postal code to the quote form and we'll confirm we cover you.
How do I book a clean?
Call or text 437-655-6413, or send the quote form and we will call you back to book a time that suits you. Nothing is paid when you book. If you already know exactly what you need, you can also book online.
What's included in a standard clean?
Kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, dusting in every room including baseboards and blinds, all floors vacuumed and mopped, mirrors polished and trash taken out. Every room is photo-checked before we leave.
How much does a cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of your space, the type of clean and any extras. Call 437-655-6413 and we will give you your price in about two minutes, or send the quote form and we will call you back. Commercial spaces get a free 15-minute walkthrough and a clear rate. New clients get a welcome bonus.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients leave a key, a lockbox code, or concierge instructions. Tell us how to get in when you book, and we keep access details private.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Cleaners arrive with their own supplies and equipment. If you'd like us to use your own products, mention it when you book.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every Tidora cleaner passes a background check before their first visit, and we send the same cleaner or crew whenever we can.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us. We take our work seriously, and a real person will look after you.
Do you have an offer for new clients?
Yes. First-time clients get a welcome bonus on their first clean. Ask for it when you request your quote. One per household.
Is it okay if I have pets?
Of course. Let us know when you book so your cleaner knows what to expect.
Do you clean offices?
Yes. We clean offices, studios and retail spaces after closing or before your team arrives. Book a free 15-minute walkthrough and we'll give you a rate for your space.
Do you clean Airbnbs and short-term rentals?
Yes. We do turnover cleans between guests, timed around check-out and check-in. Ask for a free quote and tell us how often you host.
What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean keeps a home in great shape. A deep clean goes further: inside the oven and fridge, cabinet fronts, baseboards scrubbed, and the build-up a regular clean doesn't reach. It's a great first visit.
